Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY – SUNGLASS'IN

Our return policy is valid for 30 days .
After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging .

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Personal hygiene or health products


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email .

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within a few days.

If you have not yet received your refund:

  2. Contact your card issuer.

  3. Contact your bank.

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Items on sale or on promotion are not refundable .


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.

  • If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit of equal value .

  • If the item was not identified as a gift , the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.
